I generally do not represent individual employees in legal disputes with their employers because of conflict issues.I am a shareholder in the Scottsdale office of the Buchalter law firm, where I lead our Arizona labor & employment practice group. Buchalter is a firm headquartered in Los Angeles with over 250 lawyers in the Western US (AZ, CA, OR & WA). Our client base includes domestic and international businesses and governmental entities of various size. I have been recognized as a Southwest Super Lawyers, among other awards for several years, and many of my colleagues also appear on this and other award lists in Scottsdale and throughout the firm in a broad spectrum of areas of expertise.I advise private and public sectors clients in a broad range of industries on matters involving wage and hour compliance, wrongful termination, workplace discrimination/harassment, workplace investigations, unfair competition & trade secrets, breach of contract, labor relations and workplace safety. As aprt of our international practice, I participate in legal compliance audits and preventive training, and draft employment policies and domestic and foreign employment and consultancy agreements.
