I agree with the other review, Mrs. McClusky does not sugar coat anything but I wanted to know the exact truth on what I was dealing with and what I was possibly facing. I don't need my hopes to be raised then dashed so I appreciated her honesty and integrity. She is an extraordinarily hard worker and does not give up on clients, in my opinion it is rare to find attorneys that will fight tooth and nail for a client in what sometimes seems like a broken system.
I'd say shes very knowledgeable and doesn't sugar coat anything and with the time I was facing I'm happy about that however she didn't seem as interested or invested as I would have hoped
I hired ms McCluskey for my fiancee on a conspiracy case. She was way more expensive then any other lawyer I talked to and seemed to know what she was talking about. 3500 dollars into the 7500 she wanted we realized she didn't care nor did she plan to truly defend my fiancee. He begged her for over a month to come see him and still no visit. She didn't really care about getting him a deal in fact tried to pursaude him to accept the first offer the prosecution offered. Then when he refused and they set it for trial she told him he was gonna lose. Anyway I'm now on the search for a real attorney with less then a month before his trial date and I'm outraged that she ever took on a client that she didn't feel she could help.
