I have been a client of Berkich Lucey Law since early 2019. Lauren Berkich represented me through 8 months of mediation and through another 6 months of the litigation process where she helped me deal with a difficult ex-spouse and obnoxious opposing council. I am very pleased with the way Lauren and her staff are handling my child custody case with my X fiance'. On the level of communication, feedback, and efficiency, the staff have exceeded my expectations. I met with Lauren for an initial consultation. I thought my X and I were disputing the equity in our home (in which she wanted all of it) and not the custody of our daughter. After explaining the situation to Lauren, she did some research and found out that my X through her attorney, filed all sorts of paperwork behind my back trying to gain full custody of my daughter and steal the equity in our home.
