Ms. Armstrong’s practice focuses upon all aspects of commercial real estate development and finance, with an emphasis on transit-oriented development, land use planning, green-building, sustainability and climate resiliency issues, title, land acquisition and disposition, and leasing matters, including air rights leasing. Ms. Armstrong has acted on behalf of numerous real estate market participants in transactional matters. She uses her practical experience to assist a wide range of clients with contractual, financial and development issues. Prior to joining Rackemann, Sawyer & Brewster, Ms. Armstrong was an assistant general counsel with The Pyramid Companies, a regional shopping center developer active in the northeast portion of the United States.
