As an attorney, Laura's mission statement is to help businesses grow. Laura is known for her approachable, down-to-earth style that defies many of the commonly held stereotypes about lawyers.  Laura opened her own business - her law practice - in fall of 2012 and hasn't looked back. She knows firsthand what it takes to startup and grow a business, giving her an instant way to connect with her business oriented clients.  Laura's practice focuses on growing existing businesses through the franchising model, as it has been successful for so many companies before it in all industries. She prepares franchise disclosure documents (FDDs) and franchise agreements, in addition to reviewing the same documents for potential franchise buyers.  For both franchise and non-franchise clients alike, Laura assists in the purchase and sale of businesses, drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial leases, contracts and buy-sell agreements.
