About

At the Law Office of Laura B. Bramnick, we have over 30 years of experience in the mortgage and real estate business and advocate for our clients while providing critical insight into Arizona real estate transactions. We offer services with general real estate law, including residential, commercial, and land. While serving the metropolitan Phoenix and Scottsdale areas, we also provide advice and representation for clients throughout Arizona and from other states. We believe in being an ally to our clients and in preventing problems before they happen. We have extensive expertise in Arizona real estate law, which we use to help our clients through every stage of their commercial and residential real estate transactions. Our founding partner, Laura B. Bramnick, began her law practice in 1977 and early on founded her own firm, focusing on family law and real estate. After taking time off to care for her triplets, she became an Arizona real estate investor, licensed realtor, and in a booming market, began originating mortgage loans. When the market crashed in 2008, she took her expertise in Arizona real estate and returned to the law. Laura’s commitment to making a real difference has come to fruition in a practice dedicated to residential and commercial real estate issues.

It's a shame I can't post No Stars. During initial consult provided all the pertinent facts to her and she stated she was certain she could handle the situation. Paid her, a week later heard that she wasn't able to handle the situation as the Debtor was out of state. Really? We told you that in the first conversation. However it took her an hour at $270 to read that in the 2, I iterate TWO page contract. Really? Always look for the 80/20 rule and Ms Bramnick falls in the lower 80% IMHO.
