When the market crashed in 2008, she took her expertise in Arizona real estate and returned to the law. It's a shame I can't post No Stars. During initial consult provided all the pertinent facts to her and she stated she was certain she could handle the situation. Paid her, a week later heard that she wasn't able to handle the situation as the Debtor was out of state. Really? We told you that in the first conversation. However it took her an hour at $270 to read that in the 2, I iterate TWO page contract. Really? Always look for the 80/20 rule and Ms Bramnick falls in the lower 80% IMHO.
