LaToya Highsaw is an associate attorney at Massillamany & Jeter LLP. Ms. Highsaw takes pride in representing her clients with passion and vigor. Prior to joining Massillamany & Jeter, Ms. Highsaw found extensive work experience in the field of law. She worked as a legal intern under the Honorable Judge Eichholtz in the Superior Court of Marion County, as well as under the Honorable Judge Denise LaRue, in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana. In 2011, Ms. Highsaw earned her B.S. from Kelly School of Business-Indianapolis. In 2016, she earned her J.D. from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, while at the same time serving as the Executive Business Editor of the Indiana Health Law Review and the Treasurer of the Family Law Society. Ms. Highsaw was also a research assistant to Professor Diane Winters, narrowing her research to the field of health law. In addition to being admitted to practice in the state of Indiana, Ms. Highsaw is admitted before the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. Ms. Highsaw resides in Fishers, Indiana, with her son. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with family.
