We regret having hired Larry to represent us. He did not listen to our needs and desired outcome in our case. He was unnecessarily aggressive, which alienated opposing counsel and interfered with reasonable settlement options. He was incompetent at hearing, and failed to present critical factual information to the court, even though we tried to prompt him during the hearing. He was unapologetic for his incompetence and sent us an outrageous bill. It appeared that some of his billing practices were unethical, overcharging time spent on telephone calls, and charging lawyer rates for filling out forms that typically are completed by staff at lower rate. His bills lumped tasks together on any given date with a cumulative amount of time he spent that day, which made it impossible for us to understand how much time he spent on each discrete task, and to evaluate whether the time he spent was reasonable under the circumstances. He declined to work with us on his fees or otherwise reduce them despite our unambiguous disappointment in his representation.

I use Larry on two occasions, the first time he filed the paperwork incorrectly, I didn't know this until later. The second time I used his services he fumbled before the judge made several mistakes and cost me thousands of dollars I will never use him again
