I had a very difficult case going up against a large entity. It was with Mr. Stein's high-level understanding of the complexities and sensitivities of my case that we prevailed and reached a satisfactory settlement.

I was referred to Larry Stein, Esquire, by an attorney who had been his boss. Mr. Stein greatly exceeded my expectations. He was outstanding in the hearing for my Workers Compensation case. We won this case. In my Equal Employment Opportunity and Equal Pay Act discrimination court cases, he was superb. All of these cases ended successfully to my satisfaction. Mr. Stein was very knowledgeable, always well prepared and hard working. He had a very calming and reassuring demeanor, but he came off as a “Bull Dog” when it was necessary. It made me feel comfortable and confident that I had a true “Champion” defending me. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Stein to anyone who needed legal representation. Thank you, Larry for being in my corner.

After a car accident, I had trouble with my bosses giving me leeway to recover and return to my previously outstanding performance level. They started the process to remove me from my job. Larry Stein used his knowledge of federal law and personnel practices to find a loophole in how I was treated. He consulted with other local labor lawyers. He handled depositions with tenacity and caught management in several lies. I got my job back with enough money to lessen the pain of the experience. I have already recommended him to co-workers who need a good lawyer to deal with the same group of managers.

Please do not use Larry Stein. He was my Attoney on an EEO matter for over a year & a half. The week of the initial EEO conference, he withdrew from my case. He withdrew after hearing the agency wasn’t ready to settle of my first claim. The EEO process is a very long process. He waited till the week of my hearing with the judge to withdraw from my case.
