Larry Scott Auerbach, Esquire, CELA,CPA-PFS, J.D., LL.M. (Taxation), MBA is a Certifed Elder Law Attorney (CELA) who has over 35 years extensive experience in the areas of elder law,tax law and accounting, estates, trusts, and business matters. He has a special interest in areas of estate planning using living trusts, income tax planning, asset protection, and business planning for the small business owner.Mr. Auerbach, a practicing attorney in the states of Pennsylvania and New Jersey and Certified Public Accountant, is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Probate and Trust section and Tax Law section; the Pennsylvania Institute for Certified Public Accountants; New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants; and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants Taxation and Personal Financial Planning sections. He received a certificate in Estate Planning from the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and two certificates of educational achievement from the AICPA in the areas of Personal Financial Planning and Business & Tax Planning. He is one of the few Certified Public Accountants in the United States who has received the AICPA certification as a Personal Financial Specialist (PFS).
