About

I was born in Russia.  I am a graduate of Moscow State University (master's degree in law). I practiced law in Moscow and Moscow Region, Russia, for four years before moving to the United States in 1998. Law is my true passion.  I went to law school second time in order to continue doing what I love.  My dream of being able to practice law in this country cametrue after I graduated from Chase College of Law in 2005.  I have been practicing law in the United States for over 11 years.  I am licensed in Kentucky and Ohio. The areas of my practice are: criminal law, family law, immigration law. I enjoy litigation, legal writing, appellate practice.  I acquired significant experience in the area of criminal law while I was a conflict public defender in Northern Kentucky.  As an immigrant, I have an affinity with my immigration clients. Currently, I also represent clients in divorces, custody matters, and criminal cases. In my free time, I enjoy reading, walking, taking music lessons, and playing piano.I reside in Cincinnati with my husband and our two children.

Always there when you need her. Helped me bring my fiance and son whom I hadn't seen in 2 years to America. Not a better attorney out there. Highly recommend her.

Larisa was such a blessing to my husband and I. He was English and had been in the states for almost 10 years so his spousal visa was about to expire. I knew I could not prepare him for his citizenship so I contacted Larisa to assist/prepare him for his citizenship. She not only filed all the paperwork expediously but also work with him in his studies. Within 3 months my husband passed his citizenship test with flying colors and became a citizen of the US within that timeframe. She knew she exactly what paperwork to file and kept us updated throughout the process. We opted to have her available during the testing, which was a great support for my husband. I can not thank her enough for all she did in making the process a wonderful experience.

I enjoyed having Larisa as my attorney. Extremely flexible and worked with me when it came to retaining her. She was very aggressive and stood her ground when it came to my rights. As I moved out of state she continued to represent me in court without me being present in the state. I would definitely retain Larisa in the future if I ever need an attorney again.

Larisa is both a personal counselor and an expert in the law. She took care of me, and carefully researched my options to create the right strategy (immigration and divorce.) Her fees were very reasonable for such excellent and careful service.

I got divorced overseas and brought a copy of the judgment to America to get it entered in Kentucky. I tried to do it myself but the county clerks were less than helpful. Luckily, I found Ms. Schneider online. I was able to go back overseas and leave the entire process in her hands. She kept me informed throughout the process. Thanks to her, I was able to get my foreign judgment recorded in Kentucky without having to fly back to the US.
