Each case is unique and should be treated as such.  The unique circumstances presented in each case also require a solution tailored for those circumstances.  That is the part of the job that I enjoy most - matching strategy to an individual client's particular set of facts and personality.  This strategy can take a variety of forms, from being aggressive in litigation to resolving matters in a less confrontational fashion.  At the end of the day, my job is not measured in wins or losses, but in how satisfied my client is with the outcome.
