I hired Ms. Fridie for a felony charge I received after getting mixed up with the wrong woman. Ms. Fridie aggressively opposed the DA’s evidence. She is very smart, honest, and quick on her toes. My case was ultimately dismissed. I’d recommend her.
Attorney Fridie was an excellent attorney throughout the whole ordeal. I was involved in a slip and fall in one Houston's big chain stores. I was hurt really bad and acquired expensive medical bills. Ms. Fridie explained to me clearly what my options were. Anytime I called during business hours she answered, when she did not she returned my call in a reasonable time. She was honest and very compassionate. Not only did she provide me good customer service, she was able to acquire me a settlement that I was very pleased with. Her office staff was really knowledgeable and helpful as well. I would recommend her for any future cases and business.
I was concerned about what would happen with my parents estate when they pass. She was very helpful in letting me know what to expect in years to come. Made recommendations regarding my concerns and did not pressure me into taking action at that moment.
Horrible she don’t fight for your case. I could just paid the ticket on my own. She in unprofessional and rude. She take forever to respond.
Ms. Fridie had my case for over 4 years and just sat on it and wouldn't file my motion. She never returned my calls for over two years and I only spoke with her receptionist, that is, if I could get through to someone. If I got their answering service, they probably never forward the messages. I've even used their client portal and still didn't hear from her so I had to hire another attorney. When my new attorney reviewed my case, they said that the paperwork was wrong, and now since it was on record, I will never get relief. Due to her laziness and incompetence, I have lost my case even before I went to trial. She owes me my life and $5000.00! She needs to be disbarred!
Not only did I lose my money, but also lost over 2 yrs of trying to help me with my case, she communicated very good with me at the beginning, after I paid for my case, I was not able to speak with her anymore, only with receptionist and her secretary, I was never on the loop of what was going on with my case, I had to chase them for info and if I did not call every month things were not moving, also answering service is the worst, they would keep me on hold for up to 30 min and passing call around, they treat you very rude and have no compassion for what the client is going through. I mention this to Fridie and secretary but no changes were done with answering service. Overall I would give negative stars but I can only pick one.
