They talked me into a flat fee, and really didn't care what I had to say about anything. After I paid them I had to contact them to discuss my case. They are reactive not proactive. There were occasions when Ms. Troxell wouldn't even respond to inquiries, and I'm not a prolific inquirer. I guess it's a small thing, but I expect people to live up to their word too. Mr Springer assured me he'd help me with a set-aside request when the 6 month probation was complete. No. That isn't happening. Best of luck to me!
