Kyle remained by my side through one of the most difficult times of my life. He was always there leading the way and taking care of all my concerns and issues. I would highly recommend Kyle to anyone looking for piece of mind and a strong voice.

Kyle Ward helped me with charges my juvenile son was charged with in 2018-2019. He was very informative on our options, always available for questions or concerns, and did a great job handling it all, as his charges were in two different counties and three different cities. I highly recommend him!

Kyle is an absolutely amazing lawyer! He ensured that all of my questions and any concerns were answered accordingly. He is prompt and handled my case very attentively. I will highly recommend him to everyone who is looking for services that he offers! I will definitely be a return client if I ever require his services again!

Mr. Ward handled my divorce and seem to work for my ex and her attorney than for me. It was a nasty divorce. While the other attorney was doing her job Mr. Ward was trying to work with them. Sometimes that's fine but it was totally one sided and I warned him of this from the very beginning. He disagreed and spoke very highly of the opposing attorney. Too highly. He was out classed. He gave them everything they asked for from the beginning to the end. but I received only what was required by law from them. . He gave me very poor advice even up to the day the divorce was finalized in court. He advised me to sign a settlement that was missing a element. I reminded him of this item every time we spoke in the weeks prior so it wasn't a matter of forgetting. He said he'll have it taken care of but when I arrived to the courthouse it was still absent. When I asked him about it he conferred with the other attorney and came back and told me she'll take care of it afterwards. Wow. He had no respect for the position I was being put in. I'm not an attorney but I know if it's not in writing, for the most part, it's not enforceable when it comes to a contract.. Luckily, the judge caught it when I spoke in court. Mr. Ward tried to shush me but the judge agreed that I had a legitimate concern that should have been easily taken care especially if there no malice and true intentions (paraphrasing). We took a hour recess and they handled it...of course on my dime again. He had no concern with what was best for his client. He also charged for the errors that he committed like even putting the wrong house on the settlement though I gave him the address and tax I.D number. There's so many more major items that I can add but I'll leave it with just an all-around terrible job.

Mr. Ward worked on a separation agreement for me a few years ago and performed poor quality work. I was sent drafts which had incorrect names, incorrect identification for my children, and incorrect information in general. I was billed for each correction to the agreement, even those which were basic errors. I was billed an outrageous amount for this service. It was clear that the separation agreement was copied and pasted from a previous client of his. It is unclear why drafting something from previous work would require two hours of an intelligent person's time. Copy paste / find and replace take minutes. If you are going through a separation, I would strongly recommend doing it yourself or finding a lawyer who charges a reasonable flat fee. Mr. Ward charged hourly fees, billed to the quarter hour minimum which led to incredible charges for him to read an email correspondence.
