Mrs. Kelim is very knowledgeable about social security law. She has helped me on two different issues and I would consult with her again if needed.
Ours was a difficult situation with an elderly relative who had been living in an abusive situation. After we removed my relative from the abuse, the abuser began harassing my family and influencing his mother to make our lives difficult to the point that I was actually hospitalized due to anxiety related chest pains. Our lives were in a downward tailspin; but rom the moment we contacted Ms. Kelim (a Friday) to ask about guardianship and how long it would take to achieve (by the following Wednesday), all the way through to present day, Ms. Kelim has been by our side every step, advising and encouraging and working miracles. It is not too much to say that she has not only changed my relative’s life for the better, but she saved my personal sanity and put right everything that my relative’s dementia (and her abusive son) had made so terribly wrong. She is dedicated, honest, professional, compassionate, and truly has my relatives best interest at heart in all things; but she is also a heck of a yard dog when it comes to protecting her clients and fighting for their benefit. We trust her implicitly, and would recommmend her to anyone seeking help, without so much as an ounce of hesitation.
Kyla has been phenomenal for my family. We have been working with her since 2014. She has been extremely patient with us and with the entire process of getting my parents into assisted living and, eventually, a nursing home. I am proud to say that she has turned into a friend as well. Thank you, Kyla, for your diligence and persistence with us.
Ms Kelim was very very helpful and I would hire her in a minute if her services were necessary however, we found out that the property in question has already been deeded over to her children so no need probating her will.
A couple of months ago, I called Kyla to help my mom obtain guardianship on my pop's behalf. Not only did she meet with us the same day but she was able to secure temporary guardianship two days later. What a relief this was as the living conditions were erratic and unstable for my mom (my pop has Alzheimer's). Kyla's role hasn't stopped there as my step sisters have been the opposite of supportive. Nothing surprises Kyla and she seems to anticipate their next move and is proactive at every turn. My mom and I couldn't have gotten through these last couple of months without Kyla's professional know-how and compassion. We truly feel we have an advocate.
When my husband became so ill I couldn't take care of him at home, and couldn't afford to put him in a nursing home, I turned to the internet. It was obvious this wasn't helping. I attended a Care-givers seminar where Kyla Kelim was a speaker. After listening to her, I knew it was going to be impossible for me to get help without her. She immediately created a plan and walked me through it step by step. She takes her clients situations personally and is very knowledgeable about the law. You can actually talk to her when you call her. Mrs. Kelim was a blessing when we need one. I highly recommend her to get the job done, within the law, when you can't. It is possible you might create a situation that may prevent you from qualifying for what is rightfully yours. She will take care of you.
I was in need of some legal advise and Mrs Kelim was very fast in giving me quick legal advice and was very professional. She gave me confidence in the way I needed to handle the matter so that I could get the best outcome.
Your Assistance with my recent case in front of judge Guice is very much appreciated. Needless to say, Judge Guice's decision leaves me extremely relieved. I am certain my case could not have been presented so effectively without your legal expertise.
Kyla Kelim was my lifesaver. When my husband became ill, she helped me do everything that was necessary for me to get Conservatorship, Guardianship and Medicaid. Without Kyla, I would have been lost for the past two years. She is a jewel when it comes to Elder Care Law, and is also very caring and compassionate. She kept me informed of everything that was going on and never failed to return a call. I Would not hesitate to hire her again.
Despite the fact that we really couldn't afford to we hired Kyla to do a job that she claimed to be very familiar with and qualified for. Not only has she refused to communicate with us on this matter that has yet to be resolved, she is holding our original documentation that cannot be replaced. If you are looking for results, look elsewhere.
