Kurt helped me out in a very tough case, when all else was failing he came through for me. He is fair, and tries to keep you always feeling like you are going to come out okay. He even picked me up at my home when I could not get a ride to court, I am legally blind, this means a lot. I would use him again, however I hopw that is not needed.
I hired Mr. Niermann in 2009 regarding a fall I had while working as a Visiting Nurse. I never went before an Arbitrator. While I had many court dates, they ALL were cancelled shortly prior to the appearance. I have the documentation to reflect this. My husband is disabled and I am the primary support. We lost everything and moved to Tennessee. In November of 2011 we were given another letter informing us of a court date. We came to Chicago. When Mr. Niermann saw us he asked "What are you doing here?". Again, we did not go in front of the Arbitrator. In 2013, out of necessity, we took a small settlement. I feel as if I did not have "my day in court". I would not recommend Mr. Niermann to others.
