I represent and counsel employers regarding all types of labor and employment matters arising under federal and state law, including unfair competition, restrictive covenants, the Legal Arizona Workers Act, the Arizona Medical Marijuana Act, and claims based on Title VII, FMLA, ADA, ADEA, and the Arizona Civil Rights Act. I also draft employer policies and handbooks, conduct employee training, implement workforce audits, and conduct investigations.
