To attend law school, he left the state and graduated from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law with his Juris Doctor.Attorney Heaton worked as a prosecutor in Polk County for over seven years. He applies this experience to his personal injury practice. In addition to general personal injury litigation, he handles cases of auto accidents, slip and fall accidents, and more.When he is not working with clients, Attorney Heaton likes to play golf, travel, and spend time with his family and friends.
