I found Ms Colburn to be highly knowledgeable about the QDRO’s involving the military/federal service, and her determinations/calculations to be spot-on to what my personal attorney and I had estimated. She was also fair and reasonable in estimating the expected costs to me, and her communications were timely and didn’t waste your time/money chasing every dollar.
