Kristin was great to work with. She gave me honest feedback on my case and wasn't pushy at all. She listened to my concerns and moved at the pace that I felt comfortable with. She helped me find a reasonable and fair resolution with my employer.
Kristin really helped me consider my options when I received my severance notification. I appreciated her thoughtful and efficient approach. Highly recommend!
It was definitely my good fortune to be referred and taken on as a client of Kristin Case. I have NEVER been involved in any sort of legal issue with anyone let alone a former employer. But, when I found myself in a situation that just didn’t feel above board, I reached out to a very good friend who referred me to Kristin. From my initial contact with Becca (Kristin’s paralegal) to final resolution, Kristin was an incredible listener with an uncanny ability to cut through the crap and boil an issue down to what is relevant vs. what is ridiculous and amateurish horseplay. Kristin is super personable but ALWAYS professional and keeps her eye on the ball no matter how much time transpires from start to finish. Lastly, to witness her in action…methodical, clever and efficient are just a few traits that immediately come to mind. I hope that I never find myself in this situation again; however, if I should, she will be the FIRST person I call!
Kristin did an amazing job representing me in a very difficult situation. She was professional, graceful under pressure, and honest. She taught me how to negotiate in a professional and kind way.
Kristin did an excellent job representing me in a negotiation. She was quick, thorough and offered prudent advice consistent with my objectives. Would highly recommend her to anyone.
I can't say enough good things about Kristin Case and her team. This was such a difficult process and Kristin made the process tolerable - I always knew that Kristin had my back and had things covered. She was always so dialed into the details of my case and felt super comfortable in her very capable hands. I watched as she skillfully handled some crazy misogynistic defendants with strength, poise and ferocity. If I ever found myself in this situation again, she is the very first person I would call. I feel lucky to have found her!
It was a pleasure working with Kristin on my own employment issue, and I've referred her to a number of friends/colleagues whenever an issues arises. Kristin has a knack for getting way ahead of the games/scams that employers and HR departments try to play against employees. She's super personable to put my mind at ease around what options I had but also a "bulldog" for getting an optimal outcome for my scenario. I've heard the same from a number of referrals (across a variety of personal employment conflicts). Her fees were reasonable, particularly in light of the settlement/protections she helped me achieve. I'd work with Kristin again in an instant.
Kristin is amazing, very experienced; and tough and a good coach. Highly recommend her!
I had a difficult time with my employer during my battle with cancer. Kristin was knowledgeable, and most importantly a stabilizing force and voice of reason in what could have been come a very volatile employment situation. Attentive and fact based. She helped me to be proactive vs. reactive with my employer, and clearly communicate with them focused on the protections I had under the law. Her guidance was especially helpful navigating the difficulties of being terminated during treatment.
Kristin Case was extremely helpful during my lawsuit. She was diligent, informative, communicative and trustworthy. I can honestly say I felt confident and safe throughout the entire process.
