About

I aim to provide first class legal services for clients in Fort Wayne and all of Northeast Indiana. I have focused my practice on estate planning, probate administration, and related areas of the law since 2007. I am passionate about helping individuals, families, and small businesses ensure that their futures are secure and their affairs are in order. I welcome clients from all walks of life, and I will never discriminate based on age, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, or gender identity. When not practicing law, I live outside of Roanoke, Indiana with my husband, Eric, and our two children. In my (limited!) spare time I enjoy reading, camping, skiing, and watching Notre Dame football.

I work for a mid sized company in Ft. Wayne. I was assigned by the company to deal with a very challenging personnel situation involving the family of an employee that passed away due to cancer. I searched for an attorney in the area that had a particular set of skills and found Kristin. Kristin was professional, very intelligent and always on time. She dealt with the extreme complications of the situation that we were involved in very well. Kristin did an excellent job controlling her costs and 100% of her billing required no challenges. I have been involved with many attorneys in my life. Kristin was absolutely the best. - Don

Although Ms. Bilinski has been my attorney for only two months I feel highly qualified to write this review. The short and sweet version of this review can be read in the review title. I hired her for estate planning and for a guardianship case. In our first meeting she clearly stated her costs. For the estate planning it was flat fee while for the guardianship case she quoted me a maximum amount with the possibility of it being less. At the beginning of the meeting she gave me a list or organizations that would do the work for free or at a reduced cost. She was not trying to lose business, but rather she wanted to make me aware of lower cost alternatives. How many attorneys/businesses would do that?!?!? Everything was proceeding smoothly, however a situation arose in which I needed to establish guardianship over family member much sooner than I thought. I e-mailed her in the evening and she promptly called me back within 20 minutes. We talked and she got the ball rolling and within less than 48 hours I had a court hearing to establish guardianship. Throughout the whole, crazy and emotional 48 hour period she kept me calm and led me through each step. She is now continuing to work with me on estate planning with an establishment of a special needs trust. I have absolute confidence in her. It is with the highest level of enthusiasm that I recommend her
