I am a business attorney focusing on small to mid-size companies with experience in a full range of business law matters:  business formation, sale, acquisition, employment law, commercial leasing issues, franchise law, commercial litigation, etc.  I have served as outside counsel to venture capital firms and represented independent restaurant owners.  I pride myself on working with clients to find solutions that work for them. I am a graduate of William & Mary Law School and obtained my undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia.
