Kristen M. Agnew is a highly skilled labor and employment attorney at Diversity Law Group in Los Angeles, California.  She focuses her practice exclusively on protecting the rights of workers in California.  Ms. Agnew has extensive experience handling a wide range of employment matters, including wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, defamation and wage and hour violations. Prior to joining Diversity Law, Ms. Agnew was a senior associate in the employment litigation department at one of the country's largest law firms. There, she represented sophisticated employers in wage and hour class actions, as well as discrimination, retaliation and wrongful termination cases.  Ms. Agnew's experience representing management side clients affords her valuable insights into seeking justice for aggrieved employees. Ms. Agnew graduated valedictorian from Spelman College in 2003, with a degree in philosophy. She received a full academic scholarship to Emory University School of Law, where she earned her J.D. in 2006. While attending Emory, Kristen clerked for Administrative Law Judge Allison Smith of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in Atlanta.
