I had received and injury at work and was taken to the hospital, my employer paid the hospital and the hospital in turn sent my name to a collection company and tried to get me to pay personally for an L&I claim, I told the Collection company that I was an L&I claim and it was paid by my employer, I was told that yes my employer paid there half and I need to pay the rest (against federal law).
