Kirk assisted me with a wrongful termination case against a powerful employer. Without his help, tragic mistakes could have been made on my part, which is what wrongful employers are hoping for. I recommend Kirk 200%.
Kirk Angel was a godsend to me at a terrible time in my life. I had been fired from my job and had to have a hearing with the Employment Security Commission to get my unemployment benefits. I was scared to death and Kirk settled me down, told me what I needed to do and went to the hearing with me, which we won! He was very knowledgeable and caring. I would recommend him highly to anyone.
Mr. Angel answered all of my legal questions with plain and simple answers. He is so easy to talk to and I trust him with the answers I received. Mr. Angel was sincerely concern about my situation, and I would hire him for my lawyer.
I have a disability but am in the process of switching jobs. This is the first time I am applying to jobs since being diagnosed. Kirk was very knowledgeable about the law as well as explaining how to be a approach it to protect myself. I do not have current lawsuit, but I am very thankful for his help and knowledge. I would’ve highly recommend him.
I participated in 15 min. Consultation. We established I needed more time to cover the particulars of the matter at hand.
Even though he couldn’t help my situation, Kirk was very informative and helpful understanding the particulars. I am very grateful to have had only to spend $75 for the consult.
I came to Mr. Angel in dire straits. I explained my case and felt I had a sure winner with all the eividence I had. My case was a work at home case for the employer. Mr. Angel did not want to take the risk of the case but he and his staff guided me through the Pro Se process. I learned enough in just a few contacts on how to position myself for my case. It was settled out of court. But I have to say that if Mr. Angel had taken the risk I think I could have had a settlement in the 90k range. But I certainly appreciate his efforts would reccommend anyone and everyone to seek his legal expertise in employment law.
I posted a question and he responded with an in depth and very helpful answer. Although it was not an answer I wanted to hear, he was honest and thorough. I would very much recommend this lawyer to anyone in need of one due to his knowledge and understanding of the law.
Mr. Angel helped me greatly! He answered all of my questions promptly and pointed me in the right direction! I would definitely recommend him!
Kirk Angel is an excellent and highly professional attorney. He is quick to respond to inquiries, he effectively integrates the details of a client’s case with the elements of applicable statutes and case law, and he is very good at identifying the strategy that will best meet the client’s needs. Kirk’s knowledge of the employment law (to include the ADA and the FMLA) is extensive, and he brings a level of expertise that has been honed by his years of experience in working with the EEOC. Hence, Kirk is adept at locating the key issues among the many details that will be involved in a client’s case and subsequently mapping out a set of steps for immediately addressing his client’s needs. I trust Kirk (he is always there when needed), and I believe in his skills and character. He provided me with invaluable assistance that made it possible for me to address longstanding and very serious issues in my workplace. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone who faces issues related to employment law, and in particular, issues related to discrimination and retaliation in the context of the ADA and the FMLA. In sum, he is efficient, effective, focused, results oriented, and very competent! When it comes to employment law, he is unparalleled!
