I hired Kiri after filing my case pro se. Kiri got a Band-Aid order to force my ex-wife to allow me visitation. At the temporary orders hearing, I got sole temporary custody of my three girls. At final hearing I retained primary custody of the children. Ex-wife got debt from Mercedes SUV, and had her child support increased. Kiri won all this for me despite my ex-wife's false allegations of rape and child abuse. My ex-wife works for CPS! Kiri thank you so very much!!! You are the best.

I was in a divorce and custody battle for my two children. Kiri Martin was very up front and honest from the beginning. She did not mislead or misrepresent my case in any way. Every appearance in court she handled very professionally and always was in complete control. When I had questions or concerns I would text her and she would respond immediately with answers or advise. I won my custody battle because of this lawyer.

Kiri Martin has kept me out of trouble in my divorce for months. I represented my self pro se at temporary orders. That was a mistake. Kiri came on board and we went to mediation to change the temporary orders and then we signed an incourt agreement to change the mediation agreement. I cant afford the temporary orders that the judge ordered when I represented myself because I did not have my right income to show. Kiri keeps working with me and winning. Sometimes her cellhpone is full.

I wish I could give a negative star review. My suggestion is simple..if you want to be screwed.....pay this woman to represent you and you will get your monies worth. This person was absentee the whole process and clueless until the very end. I have dealt with several attorneys in my life and this woman is by far the worst. I believe that she may be knowledgeable but either lazy or just plain don't care. It's very hurtful to feel that a process that I paid her to help me go through was abandoned. This lawyer will make you feel at ease and stress-free with her words prior to obtaining your money but once she receives your money....you can count her out. You can also ex out any return phone calls or promptly answered text messages or prompt email responses. In my opinion, find someone that will at the least pretend to be concerned and aware.

Paid to be represented, she never did anything towards my case, she didn't even bother showing up at a hearing. She never took my calls after the initial consultation, and she hasn't refunded my money. Worse attorney ever!!

BASICALLY SCREWED ME. I HIRED A WONDERFUL ATTORNEY WHICH DO NOT WANT ANY MONEY UNTIL HE WINS MY CASE... LIKE I SAID BEFORE, DO NOT HIRE KIRI, U WILL BE MAKING A MISTAKE.
