I am a Fox Valley attorney that focuses primarily on criminal defense. I believe everyone deserves to be heard. My practice will always be to hear your side of the story and make sure you know all of your options moving forward. I will jealously advocate to protect your rights and get the best outcome possible for your case. Trials don't scare me, and if you want your case to go to trial I will take it there and put your best defense forward. Prior to attending law school I was a Sign Langage interpreter. This allowed me to get a sense of just how much culture can play a role in what we say and how we act. I was also exposed to people from all walks of life and economic statuses. I have taken what I learned in that time and applied it to my work as a lawyer. I will work to make sure we understand each other, never assuming that we are saying the same thing because we are using similar words. I will also make sure I understand who you and take your culture, background, and any other relevant factors into account.
