I had no idea there was a site like this. Attorney Theobald was better than great from the momentt I met her. She is not only knowledgable but knows how to direct you to get the optimum information extracted from you and plans accordingly as well as thoroughly. Everyone should be as fortunate to have an attorney like this. I would recommend her to anyone for any kind of Law. She would be upright and forthright and let you know if she couldn't do it; then recommend someone who could. There was never a moment I was uncomfortable or felt I was not being represented in the best way possible. Would I use kimberly Theobald for any other issues? You bet I would! Despite my divorce being over for some years now, I still consider her my attorney and there is an ongoing dialogue from time to time. The client is not just a paycheck with Theobald. She "gets it" and she cares.
I worked with Kim 13 years ago. I have recommended her to many people since. She is very good at what she does and served me notably. I think she is excellent in her work and helped me through a difficult time. But, she is not a "hand holder" per se. Meaning she is very professional, but not a grief counselor, etc. She is a lawyer and a darn good one. I think her responsiveness is average, but indicative of the typical family attorney.
Horrible, not honest with the judge. Doesn't look out for anyone's best interests. Truly a clear example of how lawyers can lie their way about anything.
Disgusting, uneducated...come on America? Wish there was a worse rating I could give, for all the money she took from my children. Yuck
She didn't show up for one of the court dates that was scheduled. She never ever answered phone calls. Her handling of my divorce was just plain horrible. She has no clue what she's doing. I should have sued her for my many many thousands of dollars I paid her.
2 years ago I contacted kim and I thought she was great until I realized there was a major typo in the stipulation she drafted for my trial. She put the wrong year on the child support portion. I tried emailing and calling, never got a response. Now this has caused me A LOT more money and work. Not happy about that and now the other party is claiming there was "a break" for a year on child support....really? Wow. Like I said she was great until she didn't respond to my emails or phone calls. It has caused me more stress than it should've.
I have had Kimberly as a lawyer for over a year. I have items that are still open that haven't not been finished. I have called and emialed her office numerous times and not once has her or anyone in her office returned a phone call....ridiculous! How can you practice law and not keep your clients happy. She needs to be reported to the bar.
