About
Ms. Spagui practices primarily Immigration, Naturalization and Deportation law. She founded the AT LAST program (Attorneys Targeting Labor and Sex Trafficking) within a non-profit organization, and for many years she exclusively served the needs of vulnerable populations. As a co-chair of the Immigration Committee of the local Bar Association, Ms. Spagui has helped publish immigration related articles and coordinate prestigious guest speakers. She's a regular presenter about Immigration Laws and Policies at statewide events, networking meetings, schools, radio programs and religious organizations, in English and Spanish. Educational ExperienceMs. Spagui received a Bachelor's degree with a double major in Political Science and Latin American Studies from George Washington University in Washington, DC. While at GWU, Ms. Spagui had the opportunity to work at the U.S. Peace Corps headquarters, and to study abroad in Santiago, Chile. She continued on to law school in Florida where she received her Juris Doctorate, and also attended law school at the University of Barcelona in Spain towards a European Union law license. Professional ExperienceOriginally from the Chicago area, Ms. Spagui is an international attorney with Spagui Law LLC. She has experience in many different areas of law, particularly in Immigration matters, formation of Non-Profit Organizations and small businesses, Guardianships and some Family Matters. During law school, she worked with the Inter-American Center for Human Rights, preparing country reports for use by experts in the defense of immigrants. In addition to working in private practice, she volunteers her services as a pro bono attorney for three non-profit organizations in the Chicago area. She is a mentor to young attorneys and offers paralegal internships at both office locations. Bar AdmissionsMs. Spagui is admitted by the Supreme Court of Illinois and the United States District Courts of the Northern District of Illinois. She is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (Chicago chapter), the Kane County, Lake County, Chicago, and Hispanic Bar Associations.

Kimberly Spagui and her team of personnel are outstanding and clearly some of the best in the field of immigration law, based on our experience. my spouse and I recently got our Green cards approved with The Spagui Law Firm representing us. After being stuck meeting various immigration attorneys with fals or no hope for many years, we had almost given up hope for any resolution soon, until we got in touch with Kimberly She assured us that there was absolutely many hope in our case. Throughout the course of our consultation, I came to know kimberly as an extremely knowledgeable and experienced attorney. We were given the entire, bigger picture and our case was explained in detail, we loved the way she explain and talked with us like no other attorney has done before. I appreciate their office for being approachable, extremely professional and pushing relentlessly for the success of our filing, Her staff was friendly and helpful.
