What I got was: poor communication, lack of follow ups and she even did not bother to let me know that she was leaving the practice for another firm and "forgot" my case. This resulted in a fact that my case fell through the crack, and if I did not contact Zinda Law Group asking about the status, I would not have learned that they / read Kimberly- did not submit my paperwork to the guilty party's insurance company and no one new came forward to let me know who will represent me at that point.
