Philip Martin Esq. won our SSA case for us because he never stopped analyzing the content of our information vs. the requirements of the law, which ultimately led him to a specific final approach as our hearing drew near. When you first meet with him, don't expect a finalized answer on just what will occur or how, because it will probably change. He has a style of 'strolling' back and forth through a conversation and the evidence. You might wonder about his direction, but trust this professional because his eclectic abilities are going to result in a win, IF you follow his advisements and IF your evidence is true and complete. You might think something should be "this way" and not like it when he tells you the best way to go is "that way"; but he's going to be right. He too wants to win the case....remember a Lawyer doesn't go to court to lose cases. He will streamline things as much as he can to avoid inconsequential things that might cobble up your case. Allow this man to work, don't subject him (or any Lawyer ) with constant hand holding. Get him all your newest info and evidence, and let him in on your thoughts when the opportunity allows for that. He is exceptional & he will get even better as time goes on, so hand it over and let Phil do the worrying. If it's all true and complete, he WILL win your case. His work has changed our family's life & we are glad he handled our case. Thank you Phil.. God Bless and our best wishes.
