Kim was very professional, knew a lot about custody law and the result of hiring her was very fair. She explained everything to me as we went along. I am very surprised to see this negative response from one person. There must be more to it. I would hire Kim again because I trust she will do a great job.
Kim has been battling my divorce for over a year and a half, and has been nothing but professional and timely with everything that has gone on. This has been an ongoing process and Kim and Cathy have been excellent to deal with.
Kim did a great job for me!! I am extremely grateful in the way she handled my custody case. It was very stressful for me, and Kim made me feel comfortable. Thanks Kim, you've helped me more than you know.
Kimberly handled a divorce for me and did not complete the job. She forgot to have me sign an affidavit. When I finally reached out to the court months later to find out the status of my divorce as I could not reach Kimberly after multiple attempts. The court clerk told me they reached out to Kim and never got a response, therefore my ex's signature had expired as it was only good for 90 days. I reached out to Kim multiple times with no reply. Finally she got back to me and blamed it on the court " losing the paperwork" . I told Kim how unacceptable this was and I never heard from her again. I sent several emails, phone calls, and voicemails and NEVER received a response. Kimberly is a crook. I plan to sue her in court to receive my money for the incomplete job. She seems very sweet but under no circumstances should she be trusted. She will leave you high and dry. Do yourself a favor and find someone else.
Kim took my money in a contested divorce, made a bunch of promises, ran me through hoops, and then never even bothered to file with the Court as my Attorney of record!!! 90 days and 30 phone calls later i finally received a response from "Kathy". "Sorry we overlooked it".....when dealing with the most important events in a persons life "we overlooked it" just doesnt work. Proceed with caution.....hire a professional attorney
