Kimberly Kollmeyer is an excellent attorney. She was able to take care of several high level felonies that were falsely filed and get them dismissed. She had to travel long distance to take care of this and was always there early to discuss any concerns we had before the court dates. It was a very long case and she was constantly in contact with me over any questions I had. Through her hard work and knowledge she turned what seemed like an impossible case into a wonderful outcome.
No matter how big an agency is or how important they believe they are; they too have laws they must abide by in the justice system. There is a higher power over the Children's Division and it's attorney Kim Kollmeyer and the judge in the court of law. Kim petitioned the court with four motions against the Children's Division for being bias, reporting untruths without validating the source, then presenting the untruths as being true. Children's Division has denied me any contact with my grandson and limited contact for my daughter with her son. I feel Children's Division gets away with too much and they are "bullies" because they continue their actions. Kim wants Children's Division in court to testify under oath before the judge. This is why the motions have been filed. Kim is an amazing attorney and I highly recommend her.
Kim has done a superb job representing me in my criminal matters. She had a daunting task of working with 4 jurisdictions to take care of my probation violations and new charges at the same time. She successfully fought for a bond reduction for me while I was incarcerated, allowing me to fight my cases from the outside. She was worked very hard while representing me, keeping me well informed the entire time. I definitely would recommend her to anyone who needs good representation on any criminal/family law matter.
