Don't ever go to her for Family law!! She did not even attend my initial court hearing in my dissolution proceedings, instead had a fill in attorney that had no idea what was going on represent me in court! I had to talk to the judge myself because he had no idea!! She allowed opposing counsel to run rough shod right over her without any defense in my behalf. Including allowing the court to assure that I have absolutely zero parental rights as a father. I have not seen or heard from my children in 3 years. On top of that, this attorney allowed opposing counsel to pad the child support I have to pay by double the amount!! and then she tells me that I will need to "fix it yourself" I wondered at times if she was really on my side and am convinced now that she may have actually taken the side of the opposing party. Who would want to go to court with an attorney that may or may not be on your side? I wish this wasn't true but it is. The court system is already messed up to begin with don't go to an attorney that will make it worse.
