I have been working with Kim for almost 18months and she has been nothing but amazing. She ALWAYS calms my nerves, is readily available and I can count on precise and honest counsel when it comes to my child support and custody. I appreciate her prompt responses, professionalism and knowledge/experience.
I was very pleased with Kims services. My ex and I chose to do a lot of our own "legwork" as far as gathering the necessary documents and preparing our Support/Custody Agreements. Kim was always available to review what we prepared and gave valuable suggestions. Kim was very approachable and honest....... often explaining things to me two and three times until I "got it" ! I never felt pressure to do anything I wasn't comfortable with. Her calls and emails were returned promptly. I would use her services again and would recommend her as well.
I was "assigned" to Kimberly Dudick through a mediator. I felt from the first meeting I had she was a good fit for my needs. I never had an issue with anything being brushed off or put on the back burner. If I recall, she responds within an hour to my emails and I find her to be no nonsense and factual and always supported my case. She definately works with you financially too as long as you make some effort to pay each month. I would definately refer her to anyone in need.
I have used Kim's services throughout the past couple years in relation to divorce, support and custody. Kim is knowledgeable in the law and experienced in the process of litigation. I unfortunately have a very litigious spouse, Kim has been both a great negotiator and a strong trial lawyer. Kim is energetic and responsive, she makes you feel important and allows you to make informed decisions, instead of making them for you (as I have experienced with other attorneys). I always felt that she, herself, was prepared for court, as well as making me feel prepared. Most family law cases are stressful, but having Kim to help me through the process made it more bearable. I have referred friends to Kim who are all satisfied with her representation and I will continue to refer cases to Kim for many years to come.
Kim made the entire divorce process easy to navigate and took the time to provide me with reasonable expectations, necessary information and an expected timetable - both from our end and from that of the court - before we even began discussing particulars. She was helpful throughout the entire process and always made sure I was in agreement before we proceeded with each step. Kim was also extremely responsive with all emails and phone calls. Rarely did even a few hours go by without a response. One of Kim's best attributes is her candidness and honesty. She is willing to listen to your thoughts and ideas followed by an honest assessment based on her experience. Due to Kim's help, I was able to get everything done, filed and accepted in well under a year. I highly recommend Kim and have already referred family and friends to utilize her services. In my family, you don't refer others unless you are completely satisfied and have full trust in their abilities.
Going through a custody battle is never easy but Kim made the process less stressful. She was clear and honest about the process. We were able to negotiate a custody agreement that allow me to move with my daughter out of state. Kim was very responsive to all my emails and I am very happy with how everything turned out. I highly recommend Kim, you'll get a knowledgeable and caring attorney.
She is inexperienced and made my custody case worse and I did not find her to be a good advocate. Billing was also excessive.
Kim charged a lot of money for services and charged for everything and also tried to charge me for her train ticket to go to court. Really?! She never fulfilled contractual agreement for divorce services and had the audacity to double bill me for precipice. The list goes on and on.
I worked with her over a divorce case. All the time I got the feeling that she only cares about charging me more hours, very unhelpful in terms of negotiation with other party. I ended up attending most of the court dates by myself, she only did the paperwork. Over all I was extremely unsatisfied with her to the point that my ex-husband even mentioned that my lawyer is not competent. I strongly suggest you look into other options before accepting to go forward with her. All the cost estimates are not true and you end up paying for minimal service.
