Erica began working for the Law Offices of Kimberly Duda, Ltd. as a law clerk while she was attending law school at DePaul University. In 2011, after graduating with her Juris Doctorate and a Certificate in Family Law, Erica became an Associate Attorney at the firm. Originally from New York, Erica moved to Chicago to attend law school after receiving her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Erica’s practice focuses in the areas of family law, residential and commercial real estate, estate planning and probate.Erica takes a hands-on approach to working with clients, leading them step by step through stressful and difficult legal matters, providing practical and knowledgeable legal advice. She enjoys working with first time homebuyers, guiding them through what is often the largest investment of their lives to date, helping them make informed and pragmatic decisions.
