I needed assistance with RFE for my immigration case and attorney wasn’t helpful at all. She offered me a discount and then had the audacity to tell me that she offered me a discount and therefore she didn’t have time to really assist me with answers. Initially she seems very detailed but maybe she had too much on her plate because she didn’t write a compelling letter for my case which subsequently was revoked. I can’t rightly say if it was just for her poorly written letter but I felt as if I threw money out of the window. I even had to mail off my own documents to ensure they would be received in time, due to her lack of response. Eventually I hired another firm who refiled the case for me with no issues, correctly written letters and would answer calls and emails immediately. I usually never hire an attorney without a referral but I did this time and got what I got. I’m sure she was good for some folks but a complicated case like mine, she was obviously way over her head. I wish her success and anyone who hires her but please please be sure to read and reread any letters or documents.
