I am glad I chose Morton Family Law to represent me. To every woman who suffers from abuse, talk to Deni. You don't have to be one of the walking wounded anymore. If I could, I would rate her 10 out of 10 stars.

I first met Kim Denise Morton when she handled a case against my now ex-husband in the 1980's, for his then 1st ex wife (I know confusing), let me say, she made that loser mother look normal to almost good, and smeared me (and I was actually the only parent doing anything for the child) so I knew when I had a custody battle to fight against a completely different ex for my daughter (year 2000) I would look like the the Virgin Mary if I hired her and I did...and I won, and when I had problems with that same ex again kidnapping my child, guess who got her back...that's right Deni Morton. Why am I writing this today, because someone brought up custody battle in PA to me today and what they are facing and they stated they don't have an attorney in PA and I said call Kim Denise Morton and then I told him why. I respect how she went after me in court in the 80's she knew I was the primary caregiver and I had everything memorized and that my husband was the weak link so she had me sequestered so that he would have no assistance from me and would flounder and he did, if I had been in the courtroom we would have won and she knew that, she was brilliant. She beat me, who wouldn't want this woman to represent them, hence the reason I hired her years later.

My divorce situation was very unique and it took a lot of effort on behalf of Deni to work through. On top of the divorce she helped me deal with child custody and the property settlement, which took two years to work through. She was very informative and responsive to my questions.

After dealing with a number of incompetent lawyers, a friend suggested that I contact Kim D. Morton. I was not new to the legal game but, this was my most important legal undertaking to date. This was my family. I had a very complicated case and an uphill battle. Ms. Morton took on an “unwinnable case” as stated by her predecessors and WON!!! More importantly, Ms. Morton was in tune with more than my case, she saw the big picture while I was too emotional to comprehend the whole. Ms. Morton was my Angel who defended me and my children flawlessly. I’ve dealt with a lot of legal counsel, both in my business and personal life. Kim is by far the most brilliant, fair and capable lawyer that I have had the pleasure of working with. Bret

I hired Kim Denise Morton to handle my case in October of 2010, I must say Morton Family law did an excellent job handling my case. I hired Kim to enforce a property settlement agreement. I reside in New York, my divorce was in Pennsylvania in 2006, and my ex-wife did not comply with the agreement. I did a lot of research before I hired Kim Morton, and I found her on the internet, and I never met her until the day of my court hearing. I was very happy with the out come, Kim Morton got my settlement enforce within a couple of months from the day I hire her. She kept me informed throughout the case, she got results immediately. I trusted her to represent me and she did her best, Kim is very trust worthy. Kim addressed all my concerns, and she is very knowledgeable. Kim sent copies of all petitions and paper work file in the court as soon as she got them. Kim kept me informed by email, and phone calls. I had hired three other attorneys before I hire Kim, and none of the attorneys could get my settlement enforce It took five years for me to find the right lawyer to settle my case. It took only few months for Kim to get my ex-wife to comply and thanks to Kim I was able to get my property deeded in my name only. I would highly recommend Kim Denise Morton and I give her 4 stars on a 4 star rating, or give her a 10 from a scale 1 to 10. Thank you Kim Morton.

When I first went to see Deni, I was contemplating a divorce. She had been recommended to me by a friend's divorce lawyer who had sat across the table from her in court. I was told that of the four lawyer names I was given, Deni was the toughest. Deni listened to my story and then pulled no punches. She did not coddle me or hold my hand. Hand-holding is for friends and relatives, not lawyers who are there to guide you through a legal system. She laid out the facts and realities, even those that were hard to hear. When I asked over and over again, "Are you sure? How could this be?", she made sure I understood in no uncertain terms. I knew that this no-nonsense approach was what would end up taking care of me in the end, especially in court. This, she, gave me the security of knowing that I would have a pit bull by my side. And in a divorce, this is exactly what you need. If you mean business, then Deni will be the lawyer for you. If you need someone to hold your hand, then take a friend. Because, in the long run, you will feel a lot better knowing that you hired someone with teeth. Deni knew her facts and that helped me to plan my own course of action. She answered her own phone and the few times that she was not available, she returned my calls quickly. She always took the time to answer my questions, even if I asked the same ones over and over again. Since using Deni as my lawyer, I have repeatedly recommended her to others. I recommend her to you.

I was completely blind sided when I discovered my husband was leaving my 13yr old daughter and I with nothing but debt, unpaid utility bills, and a mortgage in default. I heard of Morton Family Law through a friend and called immediately. I walked into her office feeling hopelessly lost, having no idea of what I should do first. I left her office an hour later knowing that I was in good hands. Deni was very knowledgeable of the PA "no fault" laws. She was compassionate, comforting and extremely professional. Her priority was to make sure my daughter was taken care of. Her attention to detail in composing my POA and Child support saved us several times over when my ex husband took us to court to try to have support "re-adjusted."She was always prepared and ready for the unexpected at the hearings. There were many incidences during this process where I was concerned for mine and my daughter's safety. She immediately took control in implementing necessary contact restrictions. In short, Deni Morton is an extremely knowledgeable attorney, whose focus is to protect her client while reaching a fair solution for both parties. I highly recommended Deni Morton to anyone going through a divorce, especially when there are children involved.

I thought Deni did an amazing job. She was tough when she needed to be and was sympathetic and understanding to the stressful situation I was going through. She was straightforward and really knew the law. I couldn't have asked for a better attorney to handle my divorce, child support or custody.
