It wasn't more than an hour after I asked the question that I received an answer from Mr. King I believe that even though Mr. King has only 3 years as being licensed in Ca. he is very knowledgeable in tenant/landlord problems. and also very familiar with the Ca. Civil Codes. I would recommend Mr. Kevin Lewis King to any of my friends that need a real estate lawyer.

I hired Kevin to work on a case against my landlord. He did not investigate the matter and did not perform the duties I expected. In the end I had to hire someone else. He took on a case he did not have the background to handle or the willingness to learn.
