I am an associate attorney in the Chicago office of Arnstein & Lehr LLP, where I am a member of the firm’s Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights and Commercial Litigation practice groups. My practice focuses on the representation of business-oriented debtors and creditors in bankruptcy and out-of-court proceedings; estate representatives, such as Chapter 7 trustees, Chapter 11 trustees and plan administrators; and the representation of financial institutions and other entities on a variety of insolvency and commercial litigation matters.
