He was very thorogh and quick. He caught one of my bosses answering yet which in russian means no.He then asked him his reply to the question if it was in russian and if yet meant no and reminded him he was under oath and he answered yes he did say yet.I didnt notice myself. We won the case hands down and he also got 50,000 dollars back pay for me.
Although on the surface a nice guy, in my opinion, as a former client of many years, he doesn't always act in the best interest of his clients. He believes and acts superior and doesn't really listen or follow the instructions. He has, in my opinion, crossed the line by initiating personal contact with people on the opposing side of an issue, and then (again in my opinion) worked against the best interests of his client. He did this even after being specifically forbidden and told NOT to meet with the respondents. If you need an attorney that will 100% go to bat for you the client, I would suggest you look at another attorney. If you just have basic business incorporation needs, business record needs, or an attorney for a golf issue he is fine. My company spent somewhere between $200,000 - $300,000 with his firm and other attorneys (he recommended) (general & appeals attorneys) on a case, and even though ANOTHER FIRM attorney won our appeal, in my opinion he then mishandled our case. When the case was sent back to the lower court (which wording appeared to award attorney fees for the appeal) he and the other attorney he was working with failed to have the judge recuse himself of the case, for obvious prejudice. The lower court judge decided not to give us attorney fees, adding insult in further injury, damaging us further financially. Bottom line is if you have a complex case, you should seek out a better attorney.
Kevin did not plead my case in a timely manner.. Was completely unprepared in court. Again seemed like a nice person at first than treated me like i work for him. Bottom line i would recommend you seek another counselor.
