No deferred prosecution, no deferred sentence, no deferred judgment, but a straight out dismissal of my charges, stating “reason: in the interest of justice”!!! When I say “Kevin got the attorney to...” I mean it!. When I spoke with the city attorney at my arraignment I was offered no deal of any kind. After a series of meetings & phone calls with Kevin, she became very helpful [and I thank her & Kevin both for that]. Kevin was able to build up agreement between himself and the city attorney to dismiss the charges. Kevin is a such a pleasant, intelligent, and genuine person to converse with!
