I would like to revise my previous review of this attorney. He did initially did the work I needed him to do but when I received a dismissal without prejudice he assured me that this could not ever come back to haunt me. This was in April of 2018. Ever since then I have not been able to pass a background check because even the though case was dismissed it was still showing up on the computer as active and was not removed. Fast forward to March of 2019. Mr. Kevin Moser assured me that this would be taken off my record, in December of 2018, and it has not been taken off. I pleaded with him on numerous occasions to have this removed as well as another attorney asked him to do the same. He refused to answer my requests. I took the dismissal to the judges office and explained to them that I cannot work until this was removed from my record and they were very very helpful and had it removed. They further told me that all it would of taken was a 5 minute phone call from Mr. Kevin Moser and it would have gladly been removed. Instead Mr. Kevin Moser chose to ignore messages from not only me but from another attorney. Instead he chose to put me through months of hell for no reason. So...AS A WARNING ...if you case gets dismissed without prejudice then double check and make sure that it has been removed from your record to save yourself undo HELL.

Showed up for almost every court hearing late and missed court dates twice. Was unable to produce any paperwork to show he did anything to defend or negotiate the case. Did not keep client updated, did not return calls or respond to emails. Would be better off with public defender or no attorney at all.

I hired him to take care of a traffic case since I'm from out of town. No communication, not even an acknowledgment on email. Received a letter from my home state about my license being revoked because of this citation. He gladly took my money but almost refused to do anything about my case. To top it all, he didn't show up to court and I ended up with a failure to appear. Wouldn't return phone calls. I had to hire another attorney to correct the mess he made of everything. Beware, his what he says and actually does are very different things.

At initial consultation, I felt I was picking the right attorney. What should have been a quick case, turned into additional 2 months. Very poor communication as far as returning phone calls and keeping his word on follow up issues. When I received the "final" document, he said he had fixed any issues, but I received the original document again with the same errors. In the end it went through the court system as it should, but with much frustration and aggravation. I would not recommend this lawyer, especially if it involves serious legal matters.
