When I first talked with Kevin more about my case,,, he was very confident and optimistic, everything looking forward to representation... I paid him out front $7500, after meeting with him three times at pretrial arraignment, I knew this guy had no true intentions on representation.So I ended up firing him. He then refused to reimburse me any of the money $7500 that I initially paid to go to Trail... if you hire this guy make sure you do not pay him in advance...
