After a week of trial, the case settled for a 1.2 million dollar recovery for the injured victim.Mr. Leach’s practice focuses on medical negligence, wrongful death, traumatic brain injury, automobile accidents, tractor-trailer accidents, motorcycle accidents, and construction workplace accidents. He has achieved many million and multi-million dollar results for seriously injured clients in complex liability and damages cases. He is a member of the nationally recognized Million Dollar and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum.Mr. Leach has been honored by his peers for outstanding advocacy on behalf of his clients and was awarded the New Hampshire Trial Lawyers Association’s prestigious Special Recognition Award for Dedication to the Pursuit of Justice. He was elected President of the New Hampshire Association of Justice in 2008 before joining Turbitt O'Herron & Leach, PLLC in 2009. Mr. Leach has served as a judicial law clerk to Justice David Souter, a former United States Supreme Court Associate Justice. He has authored numerous articles on subjects, including traumatic brain injury, medical negligence, and trial practice, and has served as Editor in Chief of the New Hampshire Trial Lawyer’s quarterly magazine, The Trial Bar News, Chairman of the New Hampshire Trial Lawyer Association’s CLE Committee, Governor at Large of the New Hampshire Bar Association, President of the Manchester Bar Association, and was appointed by the New Hampshire Supreme Court to serve as a member of the New Hampshire’s Board of Bar Examiners.Mr. Leach is a graduate of Providence College, cum laude, where he played on the varsity baseball team and had a try-out with the Cincinnati Reds. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from Wake Forest University School of Law in 1985 and was also a member of the Wake Forest Law Review. Mr. Leach enjoys athletics and his baseball team won the Granite State Over 30 State Baseball Title, and the Over 40 State Baseball Title.Mr. Leach now resides in Washington, D.C. with his wife and three children. He has been privileged to serve the Catholic Church as a Eucharistic Minister, an Extraordinary Minister of Communion for the Sick, and as a Stephen Minister for the confidential support of church members experiencing life difficulties and isolation.
