Kevin Koronka was born in Houston, Texas and was raised in Brenham, Texas. He advises and defends employers in a wide range of labor and employment law issues, with extensive experience in civil litigation.  He frequently represents clients in employment-related lawsuits in state and federal courts, including claims related to discrimination, retaliation, harassment, non-compete and theft of trade secrets.  He also represents clients in the aviation, energy, financial services and real estate industries.  Kevin has successfully tried multiple jury and bench trials to verdict, handles arbitrations and mediations, and has achieved favorable results for his clients before a variety of appellate courts.  Mr. Koronka is licensed to practice in all Texas state courts, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and United States District Courts for the Northern Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas.
