So I don't usually argue with the trolls, but this one was just so bad I couldn't not... So, to "Anonymous," I feel the overwhelming need to correct a few false statements: "he had his wife & kids doing his secretarial work out of his apartment." Well I mean he hasn't been married since 1987, pretty much lives in his office, doesn't have an apartment, and last I checked I was an only child... and while I am A paralegal, I'm not HIS paralegal... "Yes I was in fact hiring an attorney after meeting my court appointed attorney, Mr. Holt today." I see your review is dated 2018, so you know that he hasn't had a Public Defense contract since 2012 right? Knowing absolutely nothing about your case, the rest of your review is none of my business, but I'd take it with a grain of salt. Hire him or don't, I'd just as soon he retired, but at least get your facts straight.

Mr. Holt represented me a couple of times and I will say he is incredible. He’s a down to earth guy that knows the law and doesn’t mess around. Strong sense of morality, mixed with family values and most of all, as the title says, no nonsense. He doesn’t mess around in the weeds but goes right to the meat of the problem. He’s a lawyer I’d hire for anything if possible.

After our son was falsely accused of a horrendous crime, we retained Kevin. His knowledge and understanding helped us navigate one of the most difficult times in our lives. Kevin provided sound legal insight, presented us with all the options we had available to us and ultimately got the wrongful case dismissed. I would highly recommend Kevin to anyone facing criminal charges he is worth every dime he charges and probably more.

Good Communications and staff. I was in trouble. He leveraged all the evidence he could. (They had a lot of solid evidence against me). He managed to get a bargain out of the Prosecutor the was as good as we could have possibly hoped for, (absolute minimum for what I was accused of). I will go back to him for all my Legal services, ( like A Will, ).

My experience with Kevin Holt was very good. I needed a lawyer that could look into my case due to me being charged for causing a 3 car accident which i did not cause. At the time of the accident i had a concussion and couldn't remember what had happened and Pasco PD decided to cite me a ticket based on hear say and no evidence. Next morning when my head cleared I started remembering everything and decided to hire a lawyer for the very 1st time. Kevin listened to everything I had to say, looked at the facts and said he will fight for me. He's a great lawyer and knows how to get witnesses to bring out the truth. I went from "being the reason" for a 3 car collision to a clean record and all infractions dropped! I would recommend him to anyone, 5 stars all the way.

Mr. Holt was indispensable in the defense of my son, who was charged with domestic violence by his ex-wife. Mr. Holt did extensive investigations into the allegations, and found them to be false. The information that Mr. Holt obtained led the Prosecutor to dismiss the charges, and to avoid a trial.

Mr. Kevin Holt did Great! He genuine cares about his clients and getting the truth out! Most attorneys respect him, you can tell in the court room! He has a outstanding military background.
