Used him for my SSD claim. Was denied twice. Found out later my records were incomplete. I've called multiple times with questions and always headed off by secretaries. Secretaries try to answer questions that the attorney's should be dealing with. Twice his staff has given me wrong information. I feel his is a great lawyer, but his practice has grown so much that he cannot handle the work load efficiently.

I came to him for help with SSDB but my case was changed to SSI which I didn't qualify for and didn't find that out until almost 2yrs of waiting, I feel like a fool, for trusting this group, because I never felt like he was on my side for real, each time I call him he was always busy his staff member was so very rude to me, causing me anxiety and panic attacks this was a bad choice for I wish I had read reviews before I hired him a mistake that has caused me thing but pain and tears, never again. This guy is a joke for a lawyer! He claims if you don't meet your lawyer face to face you have the wrong lawyer but he never had time to talk with me either of the three times I went to his office and he never returned a phone call! He led me to believe he was going to help me by telling me through his secretary to get a whole bunch of paperwork and I kept calling to see if he had looked it over but he would never return my calls. After several weeks his secretary finally spoke to me to tell me he could not help me. Do yourself a favor don't waste your time here.
