II'm dedicated to helping independent businesses in any way I can.  For 30+ years I've helped clients set them up, finance them, grow them, keep them out of trouble and sell them.  I've even started a couple of them myself (with mixed results).  I've learned from and worked with some of the best lawyers, accountants, investment bankers and financial advisors in the Pacific Northwest, so I know other folks who can help my clients in areas outside my scope. I love my wife and college student daughter above all, so I'm simplifying my life. I don't sit on any firm committees and I don't answer to any.  I don't have any green associates to train at your expense.  This allows me charge you less and leaves me more time to flyfish the West and the Cariibbean and root for my teams -- Blazers, Timbers, (baseball) Giants and the 9ers.
